Our client a leading building contractor is looking for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to work with residents on various Social Housing projects, assisting with any queries and helping to solve any problem that may arise.This is a long term freelance position covering a large social housing insulation project dealing with cavity wall and loft ventilations. This position has a good possibility of future work at the end of the contract.The ideal candidates will have a background in Social housing tenancy or have worked in a customer facing role within the social housing sector.
Key Accountabilities will include:
Set up, undertake and manage the Tenant/Customer/Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites.
Attend regular client representative and tenant meetings to ensure highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
Ensure a consistent approach to customer care is adopted,
Manage the Tenant’s Complaints procedures as a point of escalation.
Maintain and update the on-site Database to reflect on-going works.

Our manufacturing client in the Rochdale area is looking for several composite laminating operatives to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
Permanent contracts with the client are available for the right candidates. These roles are immediate starting.

Whilst full training will be given as a composite laminator, we would like to hear from candidates that have prior experience within a production, manufacturing and / or paining decorating background.
Pay Rates & Working Pattern
£12.40 per hour. There is an increase in pay after 6 weeks and when a permanent contract is potentially offered at 13 weeks.
Mon – Wed – 8am -4.30pm
Thursday – 8am – 5pm
Friday – 7am – 3pm
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Preparing, cleaning and stripping moulds
- Application of gel coating
- Preparing fibre materials
- Handling of woven and non-woven materials
- Lamination of products including layering resin and fibreglass
- Any other duties in other areas of the factory that the factory manager requests.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience within a production or manufacturing role.

Our large manufacturing client based in Stockport is looking for experienced assembly and production operatives to join their team for an immediate start.
You will ideally come from a fast paced production or assembly environment and have experience working with small and large components or be an experienced operative.
Pay Rates - £14.24 - £28.48 per hour.
The role is on a rotating shift pattern. Week 1 hours of work are 6am-2pm Monday - Thursday / 5.30am – 11.30am Friday and then rotating to week 2 on a 2pm-10pm shift Monday – Thursday/ 11.30am- 5.30pm Friday.

Production Clerk Key Responsibilities:
Compile and record production data, ensuring accuracy and timely submission

Rate of pay - £12.71 - £16.20 ( DOE )
Standard Hours of work: Rotating shifts of 6am-2pm and 2pm - 10pm.

General Description
The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated team to carry out high quality installations and repairs in a safe and time efficient manner. Basic Joinery knowledge is preferable and must be able to adapt to a daily workload. With the ability to first and second fix electrical installations, initial verification of 12vdc systems and reactive maintenance of the existing fleet of 230v and 12v cabins. Alongside the preferred knowledge required to complete stud works, board and trim, daily work load will be varied and consist of manufacturing site welfare cabins, containers and towable units. Testing and commissioning of old and new installations is a requirement of this role.
